10. A witness on MS NOW just said he had video of the removal of the victim's body.

There's bound to be video of the shooting itself somewhere.

Portland is a one-way street, southbound; the other lane we're seeing on TV is a bike lane. So it's not likely that the car came from the opposite direction to block or ram the ICE vehicle.
