ICE shooting in Minneapolis [View all]

The story is developing local channels KARE11 & KSTP are covering it live.

The story now is ICE shot a woman in her head while she was in a car. DHS is claiming woman rammed her car into ICE vehicle.

This is in a residential neighborhood. 34th & Portland Ave.
