Did you know the plan on Jan 6th that Trump and company had slates of fake electors set up in swing states to jump up after Pence would refuse to certify the election results? i certainly didn't.

Who knows what dire plans they are concocting right now, but whatever it is they ain't gonna tell you.

And your general rainbows and unicorns outlook is a little premature me thinks. A few court victories is nothing. Because, like the Venezuela invasion, he just defies the law the next day with something else. And in the months it takes to work its way through the courts, he's done a hundred other crimes. The reality is, if thats what you want, is that the US institutions, strong though they are, are not equipped to deal with the enemy from within, with a compliant and corrupt DOJ and SCOTUS

And pretty soon, his loyalists in the House will be going along with even more unconstitutional executive orders, including enacting new laws to cover the legality of his decisions.

Hey, I hope you are right, and he is stymied soon. But you are putting your head in the sand if you think the Trump crime family will not stoop to new levels you haven't even considered, for the midterms
