A lot of it rises from the fact that we are all inundated with scams, from every direction. (email, telephone, web browsing pop-ups), it is like you have to wear armor to be out in the world these days.

And then add to that the destruction of civility in our politics.

It is no surprise that we are less trusting of our fellow humans.

I wish it was not so.
