107. By all means, Rubio should go to Venezuela, as I guess he is going to be 'running it'

I am old enough to remember Vice President Nixon's 'good will' visit to Caracas in 1958. He almost didn't make it back alive. So, c'mon Rubio, get your butt down there and start 'running it'.
