Trump has been stalled, stymied and restrained numerous times over the past year.

No troops deployed in Portland or Chicago
Kilmer Garcia is free on US soil
Indictments against Comey and James dismissed
Etc, etc.

Just because he acts with lawless impunity doesn’t negate this one absolute truth:

Trump is not omnipotent, and the states and the people are not powerless.
