Got all excited because it was gold!

Then had a conniption fit when he noticed the inscription "pro pace et fraternitate gentiums" was not in English and the portrait shown on the front was not his own. Amidst a string of howled insults about the "un-American" Nobel committee, the diapered despot suffered an aneurysm and continued on to meet his maker.

Pundits are already debating if next year's committee is allowed to award the Peace Prize to this year's Nobel Committee for their role in ridding the world of this influence.
