those condemning the U.S. invasion and capture have privately discussed among themselves any other methods of removing Maduro if they considered him illegitimate?

Kind of ironic that someone who tried to take over a Presidency illegitimately by force would actually invade and capture a President who apparently succeeded in taking over a Presidency by force. (I haven't followed it closely so I don't know the details.)
