2. The rules & laws are constantly changing and shifting

Someone with a good attorney well versed in immigration law can help them navigate the constantly shifting guidelines but based on the countries the migrants with TPS are from the circumstances in those countries haven't improved. Trump earlier this year tried to claim the situation in Venezuela improved so the migrants from Venezuela with TPS can now go back to Venezuela but later claims the conditions in Venezuela are why he needs to start a war with them.

Most people in those situations are trying to stay on a legal status so they have an interest in following the law but I can understand how it can be quite confusion which is why I say someone in those situations need a good attorney that could assist them with that process.
