Found a little info from overseas press, nothing major, but I have a feeling there's a lot more to be found

"Shirley was born on April 4, 2002, making him 23-years-old. According to a Reuters report, Shirley used to be a high school student in Utah who used make prank videos.

I found the part about the mission to Chile interesting.

I know that the CIA has a history of recruiting people from LDS who did missions in such places.
