He's lost whatever judgment he ever had, and he also no longer has the ability to restrain himself from doing or saying whatever vile thing pops into his head. All that's left are his hateful, evil instincts and his desIre to lash out and try to inflict as much damage as possible on all those against whom he holds grudges (which we know is a LOT of people).

He's always been stupid and incompetent, but now he's also literally deranged. And his sniveling sycophants are just letting him run wild. I hold them at least as responsible as I do Trump himself for the awful things he's being allowed to do.
