Amazing they have the time and energy to be batshit evil enough to do little things like this at the same time they are doing such awful big things. They must have an army of knuckle draggers tasked with childish vengeful things like this.

Probably college or high school relatives of his loyalists, who no doubt get paid well to do crap like this.
