Just asking! We all know the "Resolute Desk" left the Oval Office for "refinishing" ..... interesting! [View all]

How do we know the real "Resolute Desk" was returned to the Oval Office? It wouldn't be unreasonable to assume that the real desk is somewhere, waiting to find its reserved space in the presidential library. After all, there was a bathroom full of TOP SECRET documents that were procured illegally ..... all right, stolen. And then the White House East Wing was torn down WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
