The average amount will be 2.4 percent. Whoa! 2.4 percent? When everything is increasing like a runaway horse
in the Kentucky Derby. I mean, talk about Scrooge. My finances are doing OK but a lot of elders are falling into the debt hole.
2.4? Chicken feed in this economy.
