I think it is a brilliant strategy!

"There is always a period of time where an incoming administration can blame the last one for their inability to affect change, but that time is already in the past--especially considering the massive change in policy that the "Liberation Day" tariffs ushered in. By the fall of 2026 when most of the voters that are in play will start to pay attention, the economy and everything else is going to be solidly owned by The Wizard of Snooze.

There are always events that could change things. And the Administration could just throw up their hands and say, "put everything back like it was before we screwed it up!" That feels highly unlikely though.

So yes, Susie, I beg you: please spend your and his time and ever-diminishing energy reminding people every day who is to blame for the economic pain they are feeling in addition to just how big of a jerk he is.

What could go right?"
