3. I have a difficult with this.

This is a made up calculation. I did the hiring for a division. I hired minority and woman candidates on a higher weighted basis.

Woman were paid no less in any company I worked for. If this was the case, that woman earned less for equal quality or qualifications of work, we would only hire woman to save money.

I worked for foreign companies that didn’t have as many woman in executive roles, which is an issue. But there are Middle East or Japanese based companies.
