I have slowly, throughout my life, came to the realization,, and understanding, that society was mulitcultural, and moving more that way. The same for gender and sexual orientation, but thats another topic.

I honestly think that so many white people, who have grown up and formed their beliefs about how things are. ie....white people are the rightful dominant race, and are the heroes in movies and TV shows, and are the ones elected as leaders. Some people, mostly men I should add, just have never accepted change in the colour of society. That is what is behind all the anger and resentment.

Its so much easier if one just accepts that wealthier nations are going to get immigrants from hard working people from a lot of poorer nations, many having citizens with a darker shade of skin pigment. That is not a bad thing! For one, the restaurant choices! My gawd! The festivals they share. The cultural richness. I as a white male, am fine with this process happening. In fact in my city, white people are now in the minority. So what?!!! Accept it bros. Find the benefits of embracing the world, not the parts that scare you from ignorance and fear.
