Spreading misinformation. The EO is absolutely irrelevant and meaningless. I fear people are genuinely starting to view his babbling bullshit are "royal" decrees and they are not. It's not an opinion. Its a fact. An EO has absolutely no relevance to state laws nor can in subvert or invalidate state laws.

Again, this EO is meaningless.
