Warm colors, parquet floors and all.
If they want to make the ballroom/banquet room a bit larger to fit 800 people and expand the underground command post facility under it at the same time, that's not a problem to me.
But Russian Ice Palace/Throne Room?
That's f'ing nuclear grade intimidation of the citizenry grade arrogance.
