In Spanish the word brown has many terms.
The generic marrón
The eye color pardo
Light hair is castaño
Phenotype is moreno
Café is often mentioned.
Other terms are probably used as well.

I do feel ICE may fossilize and be a unique term. Other terms for ICE may express our disgust for them, but could be applied elsewhere.
