1. Non-citizens in the United States are also protected by the Due Process Clause of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.

The Constitution guarantees that "no person" shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. This protection applies to both citizens and non-citizens, including those who are undocumented. I suspect Trump and his henchmen are disappearing non-citizens to offshore sites so they can later argue these individuals are not protected by the Due Process Clause because they are not "in the United States."
