I'd say at this point, minimum, he's having episodes where he's functioning at 2-3rd grade level for periods of time & these things don't get better over time. For the vast majority of people I'm sorry and saddened, and I do not mean to make light of the terrible process involved, or the real-life suffering it brings about. But this man is responsible for leading the most powerful country on earth, and his finger is on the button. This needs to stop. Now.
