Or, some other form of mental decline, which is due to age, along with a life time of eating shit, not exercising, and snorting god knows what. This is why you don't put malignant narcissist imbeciles with late stage brain rot in any position of power, let alone the highest office in your country.

But, yeah. This is like watching a rabid monkey with the machine gun, and nobody doing anything to stop him.
