3. I didn't remember this passing the Senate

and I thought - "How could it overcome a filibuster?", but it turns out this rule applied:

Congress has a window of time lasting 60 legislative days to disapprove of any given rule by simple-majority vote
so Democrats were not able to filibuster. It passed on March 27 by a 52-48 vote with ALL Democrats voting against it along with shockingly Josh Hawley.

In the House, ALL Democrats also voted against it along with 1 Republican. 3 Democrats were not present for the vote. final vote was 217-211
