9. It's never easy to see someone you care about

go through something like this, especially when it’s due to circumstances beyond their control. If there’s anything you can do to support them, whether it’s just being there to listen, helping them explore new opportunities, or even just reminding them of their strengths, it can make a big difference (it did for me at a very tough juncture of my life). I can only hope they find something even better soon.
