Covert mail accounts, ghost messaging channels, burner devices.... these are the tools of a criminal organization. There is no legitimate or legal excuse for this gross abuse. The whole regime needs to be audited, accounts and servers seized/archived and suspects prosecuted as required. All the way to the top.
