2. I Don't Know

I think the modern M$M is now governed by a whole new set of algorithms. It seems to be constantly looking for items that trigger their readers to click on their stories not matter how vile.

A couple of other observations, notice how the M$M rarely ventures out of the comfortable halls of public space? Do they ever spend time with folks who aren't deeply connected to centers of power? Do they interview anyone who doesn't have a high place in the government or is deeply imbedded inside the confines of Wall Street or Silicon Valley? When was the last time a reporter spent time with a car mechanic who runs their own shop or report from a truck stop on Christmas Eve?

I feel the M$M has lost touch with most folks who live in the US. The AP is all upset its White House access has been cut. Maybe they should take the opportunity to refocus on reporting on the general masses and stay away from Washington for a change. Trump craves attention, why not ignore him and focus on how the rest of us are living our lives for a change.
