A way of thinking along the lines of "it's obvious plenty of men hate us generally (except for one purpose), so to hell with them all" feels like a pretty logical one.
Every individual man, however, should be afforded an opportunity to display that he loves and respects women generally, and granted at least conditional acceptance on those grounds
