Ecuador has lots of American expats who love the Country and places like Quito.

Quiet peaceful, friendly people... affordable, great climate and outdoors activities.

For it to be threatened by cartels... I'm not sure I'm against US help.

I'm sure it wouldn't take hundreds of billions like Ukraine has.
