DOGE rewriting the Social Security System [View all]

I think that one thing that Congress (or some party) should require is the TOTAL WEALTH of Musk as a security bond against his disrupting or destroying Social Security.

Wonder if Congress can require this - and if Musk has faith in his DOGE group, this should not be a problem. And that security bond can be used to continue payment to senior etc., until the systems can be restored.

On edit - definitions of success and what constitutes failure.
- Acceptable level of disruption that is acceptable.
- What level of performance constitutes success.
- What is an unacceptable down time for the system.
- What constitutes failure - as defined by performance and
Ability to provide what level of system performance.
- Successful interfaces requirements to all levels of government
And private systems, defined measurements.
- Financial penalties for not providing system within time frames
- Defined Measurable standards on the system
- And a non-political person (group) that would be responsible for
For ensuring those measurements of success/failure are met.
This group would be selected by a body not of Congress or POTUS.
My thoughts.
