4. There's a giant BMW plant in South Carolina

Not sure of the tariff consequences for supply chain and parts. If Trump is really putting a tariff on parts for BMWs, that's going to really hurt South Carolina; the BMW Spartanburg manufacturing facility in Greer, SC is central to the whole region's economy.
