15. Does this take into effect the jobs that were lost during Covid?

A huge amount of jobs were lost during Covid in 2020, and many of those people did not start working again until 2021 or even 2022. They were bound to start working again, so of course 2021 and 2022 saw a massive spike in employment.

How are the stats when you take away Covid job losses? How does the total amount of jobs in January, 2020 (right before Covid) compare to January, 2025?
