and he would if he could. It's just that he's unlikely to actually do them because it would be too difficult, just like he never actually built the border wall because it was too difficult (and Mexico wouldn't have paid for it). He'll go for the low-hanging fruit, things he can do by EO and without being stopped by Congress or the courts. He can't easily withdraw from NATO or substitute bitcoin for US currency either; expect him to focus on immigration. MAGA loves overt cruelty.
