New York reportedly takes a swap as part of the arrest/booking process- which he went through in 2023. If they didn’t do it then, they may not do it now.

Reportedly, it’s also done after sentencing, BUT that usually occurs when they show up for probation or their first day in prison (neither of which he will do).

It’s also unlikely that NY will announce whether they did or not.
