most of the night. I think the reporter said it was mostly affecting victims of the Eaton fire, emphasizing that it was the ordinary citizens as opposed to the very wealthy in Palisades who were being gouged. The numbers were preposterous. 30 people might want a rental and they were told to "make their final best offer." They gave the web address of a site where people can report this but I didn't write it down. If I hear it again I'll post it on this thread.

Price gouging during or right after a disaster should be punished especially harshly IMO.
