That quilt project sounds amazing! I love the mix of family, heritage, community and craft. I've been a long time lurker at DU (10 years) but only joined recently (believe it or not because I wanted to have Skinner mode format). I didn't even know there was an Artist's Forum. I really never even looked at the forums. I'm just a homepage kinda person. I'll check it out though. I'd love to see your (and others') work.
