I was visiting another discussion site where one person claimed that the January 6 protestors were peaceful and had no weapons. I responded with a rather long (for me) screed how this assertion was preposterous. I followed up with a link to a fact checking site to prove my point.

I was just notified that my post was deleted because it was"spam."
I did appeal and I'm waiting for a response - if there is one.

Is this now a new trend; that fact checking is forbidden?
We are certainly in dystopian times.
