ability to rebuild.

But I know all people are equal, but some are more equal than others. The middle class that loses everything will now spend all their time and energy fighting insurance companies, government red tape, and tax changes that won't do shit if the fires are not declared a disaster area under Trump's tax code changes which were designed to punish California.

Sorry if I don't weep for millionaires that can afford to stay in posh hotels while their mansions are rebuilt.
