I was surprised to see my Social Security payment decrease this year. [View all]

It was reduced by about $30. I had thought that I would get a cost of living raise but instead it has gone down. I suspect that this might be because of a Medicare premium increase or something like that, but I'm not sure. I haven't been following this topic as closely as I should.

Medicare Part D is not really Medicare. It is your Drug Plan (which may be have Medicare in it's title but is private Nanjeanne Jan 7 #14
