I just hope he doesn't order all the flags raised again as soon as he's back if office. And if he does, I hope there's a HUGE hue and cry about it, because it would be a travesty not to honor Jimmy in the way that past presidents have been honored after their deaths. 
That whole post is his extreme narcissism talking, with a healthy dose of projection thrown in. Especially this:
“The Democrats are all ‘giddy’ about our magnificent American Flag potentially being at ‘half mast’ during my Inauguration. They think it’s so great, and are so happy about it because, in actuality, they don’t love our Country, they only think about themselves,” Trump claimed on Truth Social, adding that “nobody wants to see this, and no American can be happy about it.”
He's upset because he sees this as being disrespectful to HIM. In his warped little mind, HE is the center of the universe, around which everything else must revolve, and when he says "nobody" wants to see the flags at half staff while he's being inaugurated, he is projecting how HE feels onto all Americans. It's incredibly gross.
