y does a real estate guy need a modeling agency? is there another big realtor, w diverse holdings, ON THE PLANET that owns a modeling agency?
it’d b bad enough if he just caught ppl hiding something, but he, like his buddy putler, creates it.
it’s how he climbed the ladder in nyc. him and pecker.
