And here in West Michigan there is a family of the victims livid. This was their chance at the justice they thought was a long time coming and they were expecting. And it was a jury that sentenced him to death.

I am against the death penalty in principle. But once it’s been handed out the family of the victims deserve a say. This monster was deserving of his sentence.

“ Gabrion was convicted of killing Rachel Timmerman in 1997 — throwing her into a lake weighted down and alive — to keep her from testifying against him in a rape trial.”

They never found the 11 month old child he murdered. He still won’t tell them what he did with her body.
