8. I think Murkowski is the only one on that list you can count on voting her conscience across the board.

I don't think she will be intimidated by primary threats from Musk & Trump. I could see McConnell going against Trump on some things but not many. Collins will do her usual "very concerned" thing then only vote against Trump if it doesn't make a difference. I would hope Ernst would vote against the likes of Hegseth & Gabbard given her military background, but she seems likely to capitulate. I don't know enough about the rest of them, but wouldn't count on any of them doing the right thing.
