Funny, when I have called police (too many times to count) for trespassing (as a person who is intentionally oppressed in the U.S.) I have been told I must:

1) Post no trespassing signs (no arrest until such signs are posted). After I posted signs I was told:
2) I have to write and send to each known and unknown trespasser (yes, seriously) a letter warning them they cannot trespass and that they can be arrested and charged if they do trespass. (no arrest until such letters are sent). After doing this for the known ones, I was told:
3) I am required to find out what the trespassers intent was, because if they say they were not there to harm me, they have every right to come in my house and do whatever else they want to, including help themselves to my refrigerator food.

Yes, this is what the numerous yt (white) police officers have told me!

(IMO, trespassing law needs to be fixed).

But yeah, this lady is yt and a judge so different rules for her - OK to shoot first ask questions later.
