Patel early in their careers. Patel was a public defender in the Miami area. Aronberg described Patel as pleasant and competent. He noted that Patel seemed to change when he worked in DC. "Even his appearance changed." He described Patel's appearance as "more jacked up."

IMO, Patel often appears "wild-eyed" and doesn't make logical sense. Anyone who dabbles agreeably with QAnon is suspect. Moreover, what experience has he had directing a large and critical law enforcement organization? He seems more bent on avenging TSF's perceived slights than independently enforcing the nation's laws.

Can only hope the confirmation process yields enough critical information to scuttle his posting.
