Russian Oil Disaster - Joe Blogs

In this video I discuss the recent sinking of two Russian Oil Tankers off the Coast of Russia. Both of these tankers were over 50 years old which is around 20 years beyond their useful economic lives. I discuss why Russia is being forced to continue using these vessels and what the implications of this are for the Russian Economy and the Russian Oil Industry.
