"Our business is going to double next year!!" These are people that don't realize how much he HATES Real Estate people. Google "How much does trmp owe Real Estate brokers in NY City." It's millions. Owes one broker who put tens of millions in trmp's pocket $750,000. These people think he cares about their industry. He doesn't.

It might help first-time homebuyers of existing houses if there is a collapse. And maybe lower property taxes. But given that his tariffs will cause inflation in building materials and likely higher interest rates, the combo is really going to hurt builders.
