Will Trump Finally Be Sentenced On His 34 Felony Convictions in NY? - Glenn Kirschner
Ever since a New York jury found Donald Trump guilty of 34 felony crimes involving falsifying business records to cheat in the 2016 presidential election, we've been waiting for the case to proceed to sentencing.
We were expecting a ruling from the presiding judge, Juan Merchan, on November 12 on Trump's motion to dismiss based on the Supreme Court's presidential immunity ruling. But Judge Merchan just pushed the deadline from November 12 to November 19, with Trump's sentencing date still being set for November 26.
