Trump Keeps LOSING In Court! - Glenn Kirschner
Donald Trump and his dirty DOJ leadership are on one hell of a losing streak in court, as I just discussed with my friend Adam Klasfeld of All Rise News.
The way Trump's DOJ lawyers are behaving in court reminds me of an old saying that trial lawyers have: when you've got the law on your side, pound on the law. When you've got the facts on your side, pound on the facts. When you've got neither on your side, pound on the table, make a lot of noise, try to distract, try to deceive. Try to fool your audience, whether it's a judge or a jury.
We are seeing a lot of table pounding from these DOJ lawyers, and the judges aren't being fooled, aren't being distracted, aren't being deceived.
