Trump nominating Clayton for DNI to "undermine elections": Rohde - Morning Joe - MS NOW
Trump announced he is nominating Jay Clayton for DNI. The Senate Intelligence Committee is scheduled to hold his confirmation hearing next week. Trump has said he wants the DNI to look into potential cases of alleged election fraud, something Clayton has already commented on in regards to the Los Angeles Mayoral election, despite no evidence of fraud in that race.

So he learned a lesson from that and now only chooses those who will unquestioningly support his criminal agenda.
